WE CALL YELLOW SNOW on GOP congressional candidate Tan D. Nguyen of California, who is accused of trying to scare off Hispanic immigrant voters with a letter threatening arrest. The Vietnamese immigrant is running against Democrat Loretta Sanchez, but probably not for very long. Leaders in his own party want him to bow out of the contest—the evidence of wrong-doing is that strong. We think he needs to stay in the race so Hispanic votes can give him a real good tanning!
