Linda Park: Then & Now

Whatever happened to Ensign Hoshi Sato?

By TMM

Posted: October 19, 2006

FRESH OUT of Boston University’s acting program in 2001, Korean American Linda Park joined the cast of Enterprise as Ensign Hoshi Sato, the best thing on the weakest of all the Star Trek ventures. We sat through that horrendous rock-ballad theme song just to watch sweet, neurotic Ensign Sato find her way in the universe.

Since the series ended in 2005, what has Linda Park been up to? Besides showing lots of smooth golden skin in laddie mag FHM that is. Well, this year, Park appeared in the action movie Honor with Russell Wong. Yes, THAT Russell Wong. Yummers!

Look for Park’s return to the small screen in 2007 as police detective Sally Lance in Jeff Goldblum’s new project, Raines. If that doesn’t work out, maybe we’ll see her on Dancing With the Stars. She just so happens to be a champion Latin ballroom dancer. Take the lead, Hoshi!
